Need to declare a Safety Deviation?

The system manages the reporting, tracking and follow up of safety deviations from the CERN accelerator sector and RP issues for the whole CERN. The scope of the Safety-related deviations that should be reported in this tool is the following :

• Deviation from a Radiation Protection rule or procedure
• Deviation from a Safety rule or procedure in a Beam facility
• Failure of Safety equipment in a beam facility
